JOB DESCRIPTION1. Manage and develop projects.2. Working with related departments (Creative & Production) and customers to produce the right product for the project.3. Making proposals, plans and presentations.4. Understanding & Solving Client’s Problems.5. Ensuring Innovative and Effective Advertising.6. Ensure that Creative or Performance personnel receive assignments that clearly describe the Client’s needs and Agency plan approach, and that they get the information they need to complete their assignment effectively.7. Creating an environment in which the Creative Team is motivated to deliver innovative concepts and executions.8. Evaluating creative fairly, recognizing good advertising and its ability to influence performance.9. Preparing Analysis and Reports. Yêu cầu ứng viên REQUIREMENTS1.
