• Advise on many legal matters and deals in the market, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), company incorporation, corporate compliance, corporate restructuring, foreign loans, licensing, etc.;• Provide legal support for foreigners: Advising and carrying out procedures for issuance/extension/re-issuance of work permits, visas, temporary resident cards;• Directly communicate, update, and participate in meetings with clients and related parties as assigned by Partners and Senior Associates;• Establish contact and work with the competent State authorities and other relevant bodies, organizations;• Contemplate dossiers, draft documents, devise plans for resolving cases;• Assign tasks to your subordinates, supervise and instruct your subordinates to complete their tasks and be responsible for all assignments you are in charge;• Carry out other tasks as assigned by Partners and Senior Associates from time to time. Yêu cầu ứng viên • At least 04 years of work experience in law firms and/or legal departments in multinational companies;• Bachelor of Laws or higher (priority given to those having a Legal Practicing Certificate/Lawyer Card);• Strong English capabilities, especially legal English skills, equivalent to 6.5 IELTS;• A willingness to participate in business development activities, such as pitch documents, firm-wide pursuits, article writing, attending industry events and hosting seminars;• A willingness to build an understanding of clients and develop effective working relationships;• An ability to establish a professional profile and internal networks;• A willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences and networks;  • A desire and ability to grow, both as a corporate lawyer and as a leader.
