Internal Process Implementation (80%)Assist Account team, Sales Admin in preparing quotations and following progress of the invoices, payment contracts.Input/Update data into system and provide to Account team.Support Sales Admin to create and modify documents, weekly or monthly reports. Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on media (influencers) buying process. Others (20%)Support composing & organizing internal activity.Other tasks requested by Line Manager. Yêu cầu ứng viên Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting/finance/HR or relevant field.Knowledge:Understanding of media/influencer marketing field is a big plus. Skill:Expert in MS Excel, Word, having a business mindset and a head for numbers and data.Proficiency in English (both verbal and writing skills) is a plus.Experience:At least 6-month working experience with the same roleMindset/Attitude:Ability to work & adapt to the environment of a fast-paced entrepreneurial company.Cautious, detail-oriented, and responsible.Be trusted, adaptable and supportive.
