Yêu cầu ứng viên Graduated from University with major in Economics, Finance, Communication;At least 1 year of experience in managing and operating a team of 3 or more people (experience in E-Commerce, Logistic, Customer Support, Project Management and/or strategic planning platform is a plus);Having an understanding of customer care activities, handling complaints, surveying satisfaction levels,… of customers;Ability to plan and execute the plan;Good communication, presentation and inspiring skills to customers, colleagues and employees;Inquisitive, eager to learn, update new knowledge and skills.
