- Location: Bình Thạnh, Hồ Chí Minh, Viet Nam
- Monitoring shipping documents and customer service jobs for Ocean and Air Outbound shipments. - Communicating with oversea agents to get approval of shipment or assisting agents work with local customers. - Contacting to shipping lines to solve any problem incurred. - Make bill of lading, all documents of the shipment. - Coordinate operation staff to take care of packing - Dynamically and effectively solve customers’ complaints - Reporting to Manager if any problem related to Ocean and Air Outbound shipments weekly. - Detailed work will be discussed in the interview. Yêu cầu ứng viên • At least 1year experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding Company • Having good relationships with Carriers. • Having sense of responsibility, good in teamwork. • Dynamic, creative, able to work accurately & well organized, have good mind and attitude. •Good at English. Chinese is a plus. •A college / Bachelor degree or a specialization course in export – import management.
