Job GoalsSourcing & maintain supply of products/services that meet price target, quality standard & production scheduleSupport colleagues & other departments in solving operation issues (cost innovation, urgent delivery, process improvement, quality issue…)ResponsibilitiesRelease & follow up pending PR & PO in ERPMonitor delivery closely to meet production scheduleRequest quotation from supplier and negotiate for the best priceSourcing new products/ services/ suppliers as requestedPrepare related documents and follow up paymentsCo-operate with QC to solve all quality problems and work with supplier to improve their products qualityMaintain professional relationship with suppliers, continuously optimize pool of suppliersAdditional duties and responsibilities as instructed by function head from time to time Yêu cầu ứng viên Minimum 1 year of experience with the same position or equivalentHave knowledge about Incoterms, Payment terms in international purchasingExperience purchasing machinery is advantageProblem solving and teamwork skillsStrong negotiation skills, communication skills, good in English speaking & writingBe proactive & progressive Quyền lợi A professional dynamic creative working environmentCompetitive salary and allowances: mobile, meal, fuelBao Minh health insuranceAnnual leave: 14 daysWorking time: 8hrs/day (5 days/week)Promotion opportunities Cách thức ứng tuyển Hạn nộp hồ sơ: 30/04/2022
