Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates.Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.Collaborates with the hiring manager and other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.Performs other duties as assigned. Yêu cầu ứng viên Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field)+ 3 years experience in recruitment or human resourcesFluent in English.
