- To setup and monitor agents and clients’ database for Sales Department. - To administer filling system of Sales Agreement & Agency Agreement. - To prepare and follow up sales documentation, including but not limited to the following: • Offer letter and invitation letter. • Sales Agreement & Agency Agreement. • System of regulations, procedures and all kind of administration forms. - To follow up on client payments, installments and payment collection. - To prepare and submit sales report to management in time. - Other related duties as assigned by HOD.
