The Senior Procurement Buyer is responsible for performing sourcing, negotiating, and buying of goods, materials, and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met. This role includes some people management responsibility and may take responsibility for a specific project or hold a larger remit in terms of purchasing responsibility. Task include: - Manage a day to day Purchasing requirements of Camso Viet Nam; negotiate with suppliers for maximum value delivery to the business. Work with internal stakeholder to ensure that all requirements are timely met in terms of work plans, quality, price, and delivery - Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations - Carry out robust market research to identify potential sources - Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible - Develop ideas and work in line with Business/ functional’ s strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement - Negotiate contracts, improve prices, and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business saving utilizing negotiation and Purchasing best practice tools and methods - Select priority suppliers and component qualification processes with the Technical team as appropriate. - Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities - Ensure compliance to company guidelines, Purchasing policies, company code of ethics and procedures guidance during supplier negotiation and contract award process - Ensure that a professional and consistent approach are taken in relation to all supplier relationships - Support the development and implementation of local and global strategies & program to ensure Company spend is being fully leveraged Yêu cầu ứng viên THE PROFILE TO SUCCEED - You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant - You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in in purchasing of indirect/direct in an International Business - You are experienced with SAP - You are proficient in English - You are strong at analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills Quyền lợi Attractive compensation package based on competency and potentialCareer advance opportunity Shuttle bus provided from HCMC to Binh Duong Cách thức ứng tuyển Hạn nộp hồ sơ: 08/05/2022
