Develop creative and engaging social media strategies      Key person in taking care & managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels      Support in taking care of the company’s existing partners & be proactive in expanding the company’s partnership network.      Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms. Create and develop all social media channel, especially Tiktok, Youtube & Instagram      Create engaging multimedia content       Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand      Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platformsundertake audience research     Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions      Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity      Analyse competitor activity. Recommend improvements to increase performance. Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement. Manage a budget for social media activities Yêu cầu ứng viên Education and Training:  Marketing, Communication or any other background...as long as you believe in your creativity in the video social marketing world.   Experienced:   Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising/digital/social media manager Rich experiences in social community development, social media marketing & creative video production.Language:  Fluent in English is an advantage (spoken and written)Technical and Bussiness Knowledge/Skills:  Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques      Online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion       Excellent negotiation skills in dealing with different external parties (agencies, partners, internal teams...)      Good interpersonal abilities and communication skill      Have experience or a good relationship with media/PR/KOC/KOL agencies is an advantage      Able to work both independently and as a team member      Able to travel & work under high pressure      Motivation and commitment.
