Be in charge of recruitment for CVS operations based on weekly, monthly, quarterly requests.Plan for both internal and external recruitment strategy to ensure achieve TA’s goal.Create recruitment KPIs and reports.Manage and analyze TA’s performance and optimize conversion rate to strive for recruitment outcomes.Work closely with hiring managers to understand the current situation and have appropriate solutions.Work with Employer Branding Team to enhance the talent pool.Review, design SOP for TA Team to adapt the recruitment needs.Guide TA Executive, TA Intern and TA Part-time and day-to-day implement tasks to reach goals. Yêu cầu ứng viên At least 3 years of experience in HRBP, Mass Recruitment or Headhunt Service.Good in English and MS offices.Good sense of caring people and company culture.Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager learning and quick adaptation.Strong passion for HR.Good task management skills.Potential for coaching, management and leadership skill.
